I gave a 3 star rating because the delivery service is good but the pricing is awful, especially for seniors. I feel Culligan is sticking it to the seniors by making the cost of salt delivery way too much. A bag of salt is $10.40 plus tax. Then there is the delivery fee of $4.00 which is on top of the salt bag charge. It is hard for seniors to lift salt bags to put into their system so they rely on Culligan's delivery service. The extra $4.00 should not be charged; after all, the price of a bag of salt delivered is already a lot more than a salt bag picked-up by younger customers.
